Dr. Alexander Svetlitza
Researcher and Lab Engineer
Dr. Alexander Svetlitza currently works as a researcher and lab engineer in ACTO Research Group at the Technion ECE Faculty.
He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in 2015. His doctoral research focused on CMOS-SOI-MEMS thermal antennas for passive, uncooled imaging in the terahertz (THz) range. Since completing his Ph.D., Dr. Svetlitza has worked on on-chip power network integrity at leading technology companies including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Apple Silicon, and Marvell Semiconductor.
In his free time Alexander enjoys yoga, riding mountain bikes with his children, hiking, and, less frequently, downhill skiing in the Alps.
